Private Instruction
I can offer you private yoga instruction in my home studio or in your home. Cost varies depending on location, length of session, and how many sessions you are purchasing. Cost ranges from $55-125/session. The most cost effective way to work with me or my instructors privately is to purchase a package of 5 or 10 session and you will benefit from the discounted per session price. Contact me for details and we can work out the best plan for your needs.

Yoga Birthday Parties
Are you looking for a creative birthday party idea? Yoga is a way to focus busy energy of kids or offer a fun connection with adults.

Simply Yoga: A Bhogah Yoga instructor will offer a 45 minute yoga for children or an hour class for adults to your party. The instructor will supply mats, straps, blocks or any other prop needed for the practice. No more is included in this package. $125

Yoga and Craft: A Bhogah Yoga instructor will teach a kids yoga program including a theme related craft. Total time is 1.25 hours. Cost $175

Full Yoga Party: This part includes a warm up activity, a full children's yoga class, a book related to the yoga theme, a craft related to the theme, 1 -2 games, and silly or dance time. Total time 2 Hours. All props and supplies needed are included. Cost $300
